§ 37927

Added by Stats. 2014, Ch. 350, Sec. 1. (AB 2453) Effective January 1, 2015.

The district may exclude from any of the requirements of this act, or the operation of any ordinance, any operator who extracts less than a minimum amount of groundwater as specified by ordinance adopted by the board.
