§ 10078

Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 786, Sec. 6. (SB 774) Effective January 1, 2026.
(a)The commissioner shall adopt a seal with the words “Real Estate Commissioner State of California” and any other device as the commissioner may desire engraved thereon, by which the commissioner shall authenticate the proceedings of their office.
(b)Copies of all records and papers in the office of the commissioner certified under the hand and seal of the commissioner shall be received in evidence in all cases equally and with like effect as the originals.
