It is unlawful for any person to act or offer to act as an agricultural pest control adviser without first having secured an agricultural pest control adviser’s license from the director in accordance with this chapter.

It is unlawful for any person to act or offer to act as an agricultural pest control adviser in any county wherein the adviser makes any recommendation for agricultural use without first registering with the county agricultural commissioner of that county.

It is unlawful to violate any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation issued thereunder.

It shall be unlawful for any pest control adviser to make recommendations in a category for which he is not certified.
