The provisions of Chapters 1 (commencing with Section 24501), 2 (commencing with Section 24651), and 3 (commencing with Section 24951), of Part 1 of Division 12 are not applicable to any poultry plant, or poultry product subject to requirements of plant sanitation and poultry meat product wholesomeness as provided in Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 18651) of Part 3 of Division 9.
