Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 392, Sec. 8. (SB 815) Effective January 1, 2022. Repealed as of January 1, 2027, by its own provisions.
(a)Application for renewal of a license accompanied by a fee of one hundred dollars ($100) shall be made on or before the last day of the calendar year for which the license was issued.
(b)This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2027, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2027, deletes or extends that date.
