§ 27231

Repealed and added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 223, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1995.

Before being offered for retail sale in this state, poultry meat of poultry that was grown or raised in this state may be advertised, labeled, described, sold, marked, or otherwise held out, with the words “California grown,” or other similar language indicating that the meat is from California grown or raised poultry.
