§ 34064

Every person that uses any pasteurizing apparatus within the state shall date, preserve, and keep on file for not less than one year after they are made, all records which have been made by the recording thermometer. The records shall, at all times, be open to the inspection of the director, and all state, county, and municipal officers who are charged with the enforcement of the laws and ordinances respecting milk products or the public health.
