§ 40577.2

Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 542, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1995.

The committee shall not request that the secretary utilize, and the secretary shall not utilize, an entity a majority of whose officers and employees are persons utilizing services provided by the department pursuant to this chapter.
