§ 41205.5

Amended by Stats. 1993, Ch. 172, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1994. Section initially operative January 1, 1996, by provisions from this amendment.

The members of the committee, or their voting alternates, consisting of at least five producers and five processors, shall constitute a quorum. Any action of the committee shall require not less than five affirmative votes of the processor members and five affirmative votes of the producer members.

This section shall become operative on January 1, 1996.
