§ 41732

Amended by Stats. 1998, Ch. 674, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 1999.

The secretary may cause the prosecution of any person violating any provision of this chapter, and may seize and hold a portion of any lot or load of garlic or onions for dehydration purposes involved in a violation, that may in the secretary’s judgment be necessary as evidence.
