“Feed or materials” means commercial feed, grain, forage, feed ingredients, mineral feed, drugs, poultry or fish health products, customer-formula feed, any mixture or preparation for feeding poultry or fish, any of the constituent nutrients of a poultry or fish ration, or any other food which is used for the feeding of poultry or fish.
