§ 56134.75

Added by Stats. 1997, Ch. 696, Sec. 50.7. Effective January 1, 1998.

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, Part 2 (commencing with Section 307) of the Code of Civil Procedure is applicable to, and constitutes the rules of practice in, the proceedings that are mentioned in this chapter except as insofar as they are inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter.
