§ 58231.1

Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 67, Sec. 81. (AB 1170) Effective January 1, 2026.

If a cooperative agreement related to federal-state cooperative market news services, as described in subdivision (b) of Section 58231, is not in effect in the state, the secretary may define grape-pricing districts in the state.
