§ 59883

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

Secondary certificates shall be numbered consecutively and shall be used to control the time and volume of harvesting or other preparation for disposal. Secondary certificates shall accompany all deliveries of the prorated commodity by producers into a primary trade channel.
