§ 75598

Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 69, Sec. 36. Effective May 9, 1994.

The commission and the secretary shall keep confidential and shall not disclose, except when required by court order in a judicial proceeding, all lists of persons subject to this chapter in their possession.
