§ 77101

Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 727, Sec. 99. Effective January 1, 1996.

All lists of producers in the possession of the commission or the secretary are confidential and shall not be disclosed except when required by a court order after a hearing in a judicial proceeding involving this chapter.
