§ 77795

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 130, Sec. 56. Effective July 18, 1995.

The commission may accept contributions of, or match private, state, or federal funds and employ or make contributions of funds to other persons or state or federal agencies for purposes of promoting and maintaining the date industry.
