Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 291, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 2002.

The council shall not expend beef council funds for the advertising of brand name beef products, unless the expenditures are approved by a two-thirds vote of the council with the concurrence of the secretary. The council may expend beef council funds to conduct cost-sharing advertising with nonbeef brand name products.
