§ 78486

Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 225, Sec. 13. Effective August 16, 2004.

One nonvoting member of the council may be appointed by the secretary to represent each of the following entities:

(a)The department.
(b)The Department of Fish and Game.
(c)The California Sea Grant Program.
(d)The State Department of Health Services.
