Sections 8058 to 8070, inclusive, of the Fish and Game Code apply to claims for overpayment of fees to the secretary. For purposes of this section, “department,” as used in those sections, means the Department of Food and Agriculture, and “landing fee” means the fees imposed pursuant to this article.
