§ 79612

Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 585, Sec. 1. (AB 1912) Effective January 1, 2011.

“Apiary” means the physical location where beekeepers place one or more colonies of honeybees. As an adjective, “apiary” means pertaining to any aspect of beekeeping or the beekeeping industry.
