§ 79652

Added by Stats. 2010, Ch. 585, Sec. 1. (AB 1912) Effective January 1, 2011.

The commission may adopt, amend, and repeal bylaws, rules, regulations, orders, and operating procedures necessary to carry out this chapter, including regulations governing appeals from actions taken by the commission pursuant to any of its regulations or operating procedures. These actions of the commission shall not be subject to Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
