§ 65663

Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 614, Sec. 44. (AB 482) Effective January 1, 2026.

Upon suspension of the operation of the commission, a notice of the suspension shall be posted on the department’s website. The commission shall mail a copy of the notice of suspension to all producers and shippers affected by the suspension whose names and addresses are on file with the commission.
