§ 79912

Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. (AB 2606) Effective January 1, 2025.

The cultivation of agave in California is consistent with and supportive of California’s environmentally sensitive policies relating to sustainable farming practices, including water conservation, through the cultivation of drought tolerant crops.
