§ 79922

Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. (AB 2606) Effective January 1, 2025.
(a)“Agave” means the species of plants in the genus Agave of the family Asparagaceae cultivated for their juice and fiber.
(b)Agave cultivated solely for ornamental purposes is not subject to this chapter.
