§ 66579

Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 434.

Subsequent to the first election after January 1, 1978, persons to be appointed to the office of commissioner by the director shall be selected pursuant to such nomination and appointment procedures as shall be established by the rules and regulations adopted by the commission in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and approved by the director.
