§ 67111

Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 946, Sec. 54. Effective January 1, 2003.

It shall be a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, by a fine not exceeding five thousand dollars ($5,000), or by both the fine and imprisonment, for any person to do any of the following:

(a)Willfully to render or furnish a false report, statement, or record required by the commission.
(b)Willfully fail to render or furnish a report, statement, or record required by the commission.
(c)Secrete, destroy, or alter records required to be kept under this chapter.
