Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 946, Sec. 59. Effective January 1, 2003.
The secretary shall establish a period in which to conduct the referendum which shall not be less than 10 days nor more than 60 days in duration, and may prescribe any additional procedure as may be necessary to conduct the referendum.
