§ 67134

Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 307, Sec. 17. (AB 958) Effective January 1, 2016.

Upon suspension of this chapter and the commission, a notice shall be issued by the secretary, and a copy of the notice shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation in each district. The commission shall provide a copy of the notice of suspension to all producers and handlers affected by the suspension whose names and

addresses are on file.
