§ 5575

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

A copy of the citation, together with a copy of the petition, shall be served upon the record owner or upon the person that is in charge or in possession of the property, or upon an agent of either, not less than 10 days before the date which is specified in the citation.
