§ 6029

Amended by Stats. 2025, Ch. 198, Sec. 1. (AB 1505) Effective January 1, 2026. Repealed as of January 1, 2035, by its own provisions. Note: Repeal affects Article 6.5, commencing with Section 6025.

This article shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2035, and as of that date is repealed.
