§ 7424

Added by Stats. 2023, Ch. 651, Sec. 2. (AB 402) Effective January 1, 2024. Inoperative July 1, 2028, pursuant to Section 7440. Repealed as of January 1, 2029, pursuant to Section 7440.

The secretary shall not receive reimbursement for costs that exceed expenditures authorized in the annual budget without first receiving authorization from the board.
