§ 8759

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

The board of supervisors is ex officio the governing body of the dissolved district. It may levy such taxes and assessments and perform such other acts as may be necessary to wind up the affairs of the district and to raise money for the payment of any outstanding indebtedness.
