§ 9152.5

Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 495, Sec. 1. (SB 703) Effective January 1, 2022.

A laboratory approved, certified, or accredited by the state or the federal government to provide services equivalent to those described in subdivision (a) of Section 9152 is exempt from this article.
