§ 9672

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

A county may appropriate and expend money from the general fund of the county to carry on investigation, inspection, control, and eradication of disease in domestic animals. For such purposes it may enter into agreements with the department or with any other county and the department.
