§ 33773

Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.

A cesspool, privy vault, hog yard, slaughterhouse, manure, or any decaying vegetable or animal matter shall not be so located as to become a nuisance or to permit foul odors to reach such milk products plant.
