§ 52922

Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 136, Sec. 19. Effective January 1, 1996. Conditionally inoperative on January 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 52991.

FSSC shall provide a method that will enable persons requesting foundation seed who have no history of cottonseed distribution to receive an initial allocation of foundation seed.
