§ 52923

Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 136, Sec. 20. Effective January 1, 1996. Conditionally inoperative on January 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 52991.

FSSC shall develop criteria in consultation with the board for the allocation of foundation seed to qualified recipients. FSSC shall determine who is a qualified recipient and allocate foundation seed pursuant to that criteria.
