§ 76002

Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1176, Sec. 1.

These conditions vitally concern the health, peace, safety, and general welfare of the people of this state. It is, therefore, in the public interest to protect and enhance the reputation of California cherries in intrastate, interstate, and foreign markets.
