§ 76004

Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 1004, Sec. 31. Effective September 26, 1985.

It is hereby declared to be the policy of this state to aid in preventing economic waste in the marketing of cherries, to develop more efficient and equitable methods in marketing, and to provide production research, and to carry out the purposes and policies of this chapter.
