§ 78274

Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 727, Sec. 164. Effective January 1, 1996.

If the secretary finds that a favorable vote has been given as provided in Section 78271, the secretary shall certify and give notice of the favorable vote to all producers whose names and addresses are on file with the secretary.
