§ 12783

Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 361, Sec. 32. Effective January 1, 1997.

Any person who is charged with the enforcement or execution of this chapter shall not be directly or indirectly interested in the sale, manufacture, or distribution of any pesticide.
