Any money that is received by the director pursuant to this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the Department of Pesticide Regulation Fund. Registration fees and assessments received pursuant to this chapter shall be expended only for the administration and enforcement of Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 12751), Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 14001), and Chapter 3.5 (commencing with Section 14101) of Division 7.
