Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 1996.
(a)Local health departments, as defined in Section 101185, shall provide services in occupational health to promote the health of employed persons, including educational, consultative, statistical, investigative, and other activities appropriate thereto.
(b)This section shall become operative on July 1, 1994.
