§ 100250

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1996.

The department shall maintain a laboratory and branch laboratories as may be necessary to perform the microbiological, physical and chemical analyses required to meet the responsibilities of the department.
