§ 101855.3

Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 676, Sec. 1. (AB 892) Effective January 1, 2025.

In addition to the requirements of any other applicable law, the Kern Medical Center Foundation shall be subject to the California Public Records Act (Division 10 (commencing with Section 7920.000) of Title 1 of the Government Code) in the same manner as the authority.
