§ 105180

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 1996.

In any situation where these activities may duplicate or overlap the activities of another state department or agency such as the Department of Industrial Relations or Division of Industrial Safety, the department shall avoid duplication.
