§ 116023

Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 307, Sec. 1. (AB 2146) Effective January 1, 2025.

For purposes of this article, “wearable personal flotation device” means a lifejacket, puddle jumper, water wings, or other flotation device designed to be worn or attached to the body of an infant or child.
