§ 118190

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

When issuing, renewing, or revising any treatment facility permit, the enforcement agency may prohibit or condition the handling or treatment of medical waste to protect the public health and safety.
