§ 108635

Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 415, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1996.

Any person who violates this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 17200) of Part 2 of Division 7 of the Business and Professions Code.
